The Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) is Scotland’s leading mental health charity. SAMH campaigns on a wide range of mental health issues, works to challenge the stigma of mental ill-health, and promotes recovery among people who live with mental health problems. We operate an information service, offering general information and specialist legal and benefits advice, and provide direct services to 3000 people across Scotland through a range of projects.
