heavy pain at my knee joint and my knee in bending in wards while i walk iam feeling very scary . i went to a doctor and given some anti biotics and pain cream so please suggest me what i have to do now.

I am at a loss to why you have been given antibiotics for a pain and misalignment. The pain cream may help however it is important to understand that this alone will not get to the root cause to the problem. Obviously there is a combination of muscular and neurological disorder to this area of the body. I would suggest looking into Bioenergy Healing www.bioenergyhealing.org.uk which can help to release the memory patterns to the cells in the knee and surounding areas as well as releasing the memory patterns on a psychological level.
