Copaiba Oil is an essential oil steam distilled from Brazil’s copaiba tree gun resin.

The Copaiba tree grows very tall reaching some hundred feet upwards, it produces a reddish fruit from its yellow flowers and can produce up to twelve gallons of oil per season.

There are a number of very useful benefits that come from using this unique essential oil, one of them being the reducing of inflammation both internally and externally.  Similar to other prime essential oils like Sweet Marjoram, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Clary Sage and Frankincense which are also very good anti-inflammatories; Copaiba Oil can be used to reduce inflammation.

For those that suffer with acne, Copaiba Oil when carefully applied topically can reduce the redness around acne stops and can assist in the process of cleaning the skin and repairing the body.

Pure Copaiba Oil when distilled properly under the correct conditions can be a very powerful anti-inflammatory oil, that can assist not only topically and aromatically, but also internally when used correctly with applications as advised by a qualified practitioner.  Its composition is quite unique in micro-nutrients and properties and can be used more or less anywhere in or on the body. Pure Copaiba is one of the essential oils that can be taken internally without any side effects.

Other successful uses for Copaiba Oil include treating sciatica, back pain, gout, arthritis, headaches and migraines.
