VITAMIN C FOR COLDS??
Research has shown that it is increasing levels of Vitamin C that helps when a cold is coming on. If you take large doses all the time, your body just simply gets used to it. Adults only need about 250mg as a routine daily dose, then, if you feel a cold coming on, that is the time to up the dose to between 500mg and 1000mg for a few days only.
