BACP is playing an important part in talks with the government over future state-regulation of counsellors and psychotherapists. The NHS and your GP may well recommend therapists on BACP lists if they do not have in-house counsellors. Look for an ACCREDITED member MBACP Accred rather than just a member - MBACP
