Lutein and bilberry and a good multimineral/vitamin are both good nutritional approaches to eye issues. For Long vision there are exercises that you can find via the web that are designed to strenghten the muscles involved in long vision. As for asthma, for allergic asthma nutrients such as quercitin and some mushroom extracts are good at calming the allergic reaction. There are many, many herbal products that can curb asthma, but the type of astma would need to be known. I have much success with homeopathic remedies for asthma. Chinese herbs are very effective as well as discussed in a previous reply. |
