BACK ACHE, STOMACH CRAMPS, MUDDY STOOLS

I am having severe lower back pain for the last four days. It increases on bending, sitting, sneezing. It feels much better while lying down. The pain has been increasing every day and my pelvis and buttocks also hurt. My knee was throbbing too in the morning. I did wake twice in the last four days in the middle of the night sweating, though it can also be due to the temperature/anxiety (I live in India). I also have a suspected case of GERD. My stomach is cramping for the last two days. And it felt better after I defecated. My stools have been (for the lack of a better comparison) like peanut butter for 2-3 months. It is never solid, but not completely loose either. I am also having tinnitus for the past two weeks. My head feels a little light and it throbs randomly a little at times. I also had severe neck pain a couple of weeks back, that lasted for 3-4 days. I was also feeling a burning sensation with whatever I was eating around a month back, and had a sore throat, but that has subsided. I do not know whether all these are related. But I am really scared. Have been since I lost my 40-year old uncle to liver cancer last year, even though he never smoked/drank alcohol. I am MALE. 21 YEARS OLD. INDIAN. NEVER SMOKES. RARELY EVER DRINKS.

It sounds as if you might have a urinary infection which can give widespread symptoms and will need antibiotic treatment. Have you been the see a doctor? You will need a urine test to ascertain if that is the cause.
