Southampton Hampshire.This advanced massage qualification provides you with the skills to offer clients treatment on a wide range of presenting problems such as whiplash injuries, lower back pain, frozen shoulder, sporetrs injuries etc. The techniques include deep tissue work and specific stretching to gain positive results. 

If you have been qualified for some time with swedish massage you have probably found that your clients often ask you to spend a little more time on an area that is causing them discomfort or/and pain. This is often muscular tension and remedial massage techniques can help you feel more confident in treating your client.

Many students look at sports massage for deeper tissue techniques, remedial massage is an excellent alternative and is suitable for all clients with presenting problems not just those involved with sports.

This 3 day intensive course covers 5 specific techniques and includes postural analysis. A swedish massage certificate is required and anatomy and physiology of  muscles will need to be understood.
