Seated massage is a brief massage that is given through the clothing, lasting between 10 and 30 minutes. This is typically focused on the back, neck, shoulders and arms; which are key areas of tension.

Seated massage is a non-intrusive and professional massage treatment for your employees within the workplace available at competitive rates.

Examples of when massage is beneficial in the workplace

Many clients use our services regularly all year around, but others use us in specific circumstances such as:

Under deadlines - when staff are under project specific pressure for example, maybe they are working very long hours and need a helping hand.

Under transition - when business is going through major reorganisation or change, massage can help people to maintain focus and to keep a lid on stress.

Party time - utilise chair massage at business/social events.


The practitioner will require a degree of space, approximately four square metres. Although the massage can take place in the client's office, it is preferable to have a separate room so as to avoid the distractions of colleagues and telephones etc!

We also regularly work alongside other lifestyle professionals including stress/time management consultants, art therapists and ergonomics specialists to offer workshop style packages. These workshops may take place at your premises or a venue of your choice. We may also introduce you to other professionals who provide on site services as diverse as yoga and tai chi.
