Green Man Essences

Green Man Essences, developed by Simon and Sue Lilly (well-known teachers and writers on crystal healing, colour therapy and tree spirit healing) provide a wide range of essences, combinations and sprays all prepared by traditional methods.

The range includes over a hundred essences collected from British trees.
Trees provide a spiritual anchor that allows safe, effective release of stress,
clarifying of consciousness, creating a profound bond to the heart of the
planet and unlocking the elegance of earthed spirituality.

Our ranges:

Tree Essences (made from tree flowers), Flower Essences, Light Essences (14 different colours), Shamanic Power Plant Essences, Forest Combinations (linked to the Meridian system), Focus Fixes (family first-aid kit), Sovereignty Essences (linked to the cycles of Nature), Mandala Essences and the Keys to the Green Kingdoms (environmental essences from sacred places) 

Established in 1991, Green Man Essences is one of the few ranges to have been scientifically researched and validated as effective.
