Guests stay in our cottages and receive help with good eating (some meals provided) and exercise, personal training, classes, motivation and all the advice needed to make important lifestyle changes. Exercise can become addictive in this inspirational 40-acre setting on the North Norfolk coast. Join our Power Walking and Nordic Walking groups and launch a new fitness regime! Nordic Walking is under the expert tuition of a UK Master Trainer, who also offers courses for would-be Nordic Walking instructors. Short and longer breaks available. Follow-up support offered. The cottages are built to a high specification, with tiled under-floor heating, jacuzzi baths, fitted kitchens with marble work-tops and dishwashers. The living rooms have flat-screen digital TVs and hi-fi systems. - Barn Owl has two bedrooms (double and twin) and two bathrooms, one en-suite, and accommodates four adults.

If you have been struggling with a weight problem, large or small, there is help at hand from fitness professional Annie Briggs who has been enjoying much success over the past few years with her healthy 'no-diet' approach to shedding the pounds. You can have meals provided in your cottage and an evening out in one of the many excellent local restaurants. Cookery demonstrations and optional exercise classes or personal training can be organised during your stay.
