Kinesiology uses muscle response to establish imbalance in the body.  It then uses the same techniques to find out what will help correct it.  Kinesiology is truly holistic, covering emotional, chemical, physical, structural, electrical, energetical, nutritional elements of the individual.  It is suitable for all ages and can even be used with clients who have disabilities, either old, infirm or too young to be tested directly.

Kinesiology often works where nothing else will.  It can be used to treat all manner of complaints, including, but not limited to digestive problems, bloating, skin complaints, joint pain, back ache, menstrual problems, depression, anxiety and stress.  It is also useful for identifying food sensitivities, and can help with goal setting, procrastination, confidence, learning difficulties, fears and phobias.
