In June 1998 The Texas Association of Massage Therapists was incorporated as a non-profit Association to advance and unite Licensed Massage Therapists. The greatest advantage of membership in TAMT is an active voice in the Texas legislature and involvement with the Texas Department of Health on the latest issues relating to Texas massage therapists.
