Indian Head Massage ITEC Weekends

Indian Head Massage has been practised for over 1,000 years. It was originally developed by Indian women as psrt of their grooming routine, using different oils according to the season to keep their hair in beautiful condition. The therapy is very effective in the treatment of stress and stress-related conditions. The relaxation of the head, nexk and shoulder area improves circulation and lymphatic drainage and induces a feeling of total well-being. The treatment, together with the balancing of the chakras, allows the doby to rebalance both mentally and physcially, which in turns encourages self-healing. Indian Head Massage can be performed without the need to undress and with or without oils. All students must be 18 years of age or older at the examination dates, and must already have acquired ITEC's Holistic Therapies or Anatomy and Physiology Diploma.
