Reflexology ITEC Weekends

Reflexology involves the skilled application of pressure to specific points on the feet in order to restore balance to the body. These points represent reflex areas which correspond to parts of the body. Reflex areas are to be found on the soles, the tope and sides of the feet. Similar reflex areas can also be found on the hands. Hand reflexology may be used where it is difficult to use the techniques on the feet. Reflexology is a simple, natural and harmless way to check and maintain health. It can be used to obtain relief from all kinds od conditions, from general stress to specific disorders - ofthern where conventional treatment has failed. It can also be used to maintain good health, build resistance and prevent illness, as well as to induce a state of relaxtion and enhance energy and vitality. In order to take part in this course, you must already have acquired ITEC's Holistic Therapies Diploma or Anatomy and Physiology Diploma. Duration is 13 days.
