Want to learn how to correct your clients posture through stretching?

Would you like to help them with rehabilitation and mobility?

Active Isolated Stretching techniques of muscle lengthening and fascia release provide effective, dynamic and facilitated stretching of major muscles groups. More importantly, they provide functional and physiological restoration of superficial and deep fascia planes. AIS techniques have proven to be particularly effective for postural realignment.

•    Identify the specific muscles to be stretched
•    Isolate the muscles to be stretched by using precise localised movement
•    Establish the correct breathing rhythm when stretching
•    Increase flexibility, mobility, in muscles, tendons and ligaments, reducing the risk of strains and sprains
•    Explore techniques for lengthening and releasing tightness in the muscles and fascia surrounding a joint
•    Examine how you can assist in lengthening the target muscle without triggering the stretch reflex
