Ante-Natal Pregnancy Yoga with Lexy

Every Tuesday 6.00 - 7.30pm, Equilibrium Studio, Lewes

These ante-natal classes are designed to help with everything you need to know before baby arrives, as well as to help prepare your body for the great event. Classes may include visits from midwives with practical advice; information from previous students/recent new mothers - with their babies and first-hand recent experience; birth physiology; sound, movement and yoga exercises to help you unwind, release and relax; plus whatever requests you have - with tea and biscuits provided!
