Hot and Cold Stone Therapy (3 day Foundation Course)

Days 1- 3 may well be your first journey exploring the use of alternating temperatures and using stones within a massage treatment. Alternatively a great adjunct to upgrade your skills if you have only done a one or two day course previously.

You will learn the principles of thermotherapy (use of bringing temperature to the body) and the art of performing treatment balance between mental stimulation, physical body relaxation, emotional balancing and energy boosting; and offers extremely effective and advanced stone techniques to achieve powerful responses.

This course is stand-alone and gives you all you need to become a competent Stone Therapist.

Advanced Thermotherapy & Stone Work Refresher (1 Day)

Day 2 provides getting to grips with advanced Thermo-therapy and working prescriptively with temperature and will be the content of the day. to find the answers to all those questions since you started using the stones.
