Facial Electrical (Fast Track)

This unit will prepare you to perform a range of electro-therapy facial treatments. Facial electrical treatments are an ideal extension to basic facial skills

Outline of Unit Contents
·      Practical Electro-therapy Facial treatments to include the use of Galvanic  ~ Iontophoresis and Desincrustation, Direct and Indirect High Frequency, Faradic, Vacuum Suction and Microcurrent
·       Review of related anatomy & physiology
·       Contra-indications
·       Safety Precautions
·       Consultation and record keeping
·       Treatment Planning and case studies

Entrance requirements
Facial Massage Level 2 qualification, or equivalent

Duration
2 days & separate ½ day assessment appointment if opting to take VTCT/NVQ qualification
