Sports Massage VTCT SUMMER FAST TRACK

This course is designed to produce sports therapists able to work effectively in sporting environments. Expanding your client list to include actively engaged people, ranging from team club players from rugby, football, rowing, hockey and cricket, to individual athletes who complete in marathons, cycling or swimming. You will be qualified for employment in health clubs and remedial clinics. On successful completion of the course, students will receive the VTCT International Institute of Sports Therapy,. Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, which allows them to set up in practice. Candidates must have an Anatomy & Physiology qualification and some massage skills. Photocopy evidence of this accreditation must accompany your application. Those without prior qualification should enquire about St Mary's evening and weekend sessions that facilitate students gaining a recognised qualification in anatomy/physiology and basic massage. Candidates must also have good health, since the course involves a practical component. A sporting background is advantageous as well. Duration 11 days.
