PADABHYANGA AYURVEDIC FOOT MASSAGE

PadAbhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic Foot Massage treatment awakens the vital energy areas through stimulation of the marma points in the recipient's soles, feet, calves and shins. This workshop will teach you how to perform this delightful and therapeutic massage leaving the recipient relaxed and "lighter".

Structure of the training:

· Morning theoretical session

· Afternoon practical session

Brief Syllabus of the Theoretical Sessions:

· Insight into Ayurveda, basic Ayurvedic principles

· Understanding doshas (dosha functions, symptoms, assessment)

· Effects of Padabyanga, indications and contraindications

· Use of the oils in Padabyanga

This course is certified by the Complementary Medical Association, and is eligible for CPD points.
