This wonderful course covers the use of guided imagery meditation, colour, light and crystalline energy to balance and harmonise the seven major chakras with the physical body. The art of ancient purification ritual, smudging, is also taught and practiced in order to create a sacred space and safe environment in which to perform energy work.
