Syllabus:   The outline for this course is as follows: Module 1: Macronutrients, Module 2:The Principles of Digestion and Gastrointestinal Disorders. Module 3: The micronutrients: Vitamins, minerals and Trace Elements.  Module 4: The Prinicples of Healthy Eating. Module 5: Environmental Toxins and The Food Chain. Module 6: Diet and Disease.  Finally, Module 7: Diet, Inflammation and  Aging.
