The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology Balanced Health Classes are open to all. They are designed to give students a progressive introduction to Kinesiology suitable for people with no prior knowledge or experience in natural or orthodox health care. Balanced Health Classes are also an invaluable foundation for trainee practitioners or health care professionals who want to learn powerful time saving techniques which can be incorporated into their practice the next day, without the need for extended periods of training. The classes combine lectures with practical workshops to give the student a very sound, practical holistic approach to authentic Systematic Kinesiology. Everything covered in each of the four levels is designed to be of practical application and value from day one.
