Indian Head Massage

The Association of Natural Medicine promotes natural medicine through professional training, public education and practitioner support.

This 3 and half day course is accredited by the Association of Natural Medicine which enables you to obtain insurance and practice as a therapist.

Two days of practical and theoretical training is followed approximately 6 weeks later by a further practical day after which students take a theory and practical exam. A portfolio of work is completed in this period, during which the students also do case studies. Courses available throughout the year.

Syllabus includes:

• Anatomy & Physiology of upper body.

• History and theory of Indian Head Massage

• Contra indications and reactions to treatment. Client care.

• Performing Indian head massage

• Employment standards, Health and Safety
