During this training session you will learn a simple, natural method for determining your own fertility cycles. This can help you maximise your fertility potential if you are wishing to conceive and can also be used as an aid to contraception if you do not wish to become pregnant.

Kate will also advise on nutritional, herbal and self-awareness techniques related to fertility and show you how your body's fertility cycles related to the phases of the moon.

Kate Dale-Baloch ND is a naturopathic doctor who completedundergraduate training in environmental sciences and then post-graduate training in naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She left her busy practice in New York City to move to London and is currently a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster and Nutritional Consultant for the company, Advanced Orthomolecular Research.
