Exercise to Music OCR

This course will provide to relevant skills for those intending to work as aerobics instructors. It will give students the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to deliver safe and effective aerobics classes. Candidates will be assess for the OCR (RSA Basic Certificate in Teaching Exercise to Music. Minimum age of 18 years. A good level of written and spoken English. Experience of attending studio-based exervice to music classes. Duration 7 days.
