Proper Hydration
If you ask anyone, one of the most important parts of exercising effectively is drinking plenty of water during and after working out. It is advised by many health professionals to drink 8 – 10 glasses of water every day for a myriad of health reasons: promoting healthy skin, rehydration, circulation and muscle growth. If you are not properly hydrated before, during, and after your work out, you will never be able to get the most out of your exercise.
People obviously differ a lot in body sizes, the amount they sweat, the amount and types of exercise they are capable of doing, and the setting in which they exercise. But during any workout, a person is going to drink to feel hydrated the body will tell you when you need water.
The problem with normal tap water, besides the fact that it is not as purified as filtered alkaline water, is that much of the water does not even get used for hydration in the body. Much of water is not even used during the rehydration process. When a superior choice for rehydrating in available, there is no reason not to take advantage of it. Alkaline water will improve your work outs.
Many people drink alkaline water while working out to take their exercise to the next level. Many others use the energy boost to help get started exercising in the first place.
How Alkaline Water Makes the Difference
When you drink water the molecules that comprise the water comes in clusters. The smaller the clusters the more effectively the body takes in the water. When you drink water, the water molecules come in clusters rather than single molecules. Normal Tap water has large clusters that twice the size or great than alkaline water.
Alkaline water ionizers use electrolysis to minimize large water clusters into micro clusters. These smaller clusters give the water much better hydrating properties. For your workout that means less waste, better hydration, faster recovery, more energy, and certainly a better workout. Bawell water has been an industry leader for years. Visit Bawell water ionizers to look at models like the Bawell Platinum for more info about water clustering.
Don’t forget, an hour of vigorous exercise will deplete the fuel supply in your muscles (called glycogen) during physical activity. Although Alkaline Ionized water is far superior to normal drinking water for rehydrating, especially in cases of exercise and work outs, drinking water alone won’t replenish that fuel. Remember to eat a balanced diet high in protein and low in fats to promote muscle growth and cut fat.
