HEALTHY DIETS ?

We should know by now that diets don't work. If they do its only for a time and then the weight creeps back on. So what next! Having done the 'Atkins' and the 'Glycaemic Index' and even 'fasting' (no food at all) how is it we're still basically fat?

Healthy diets exist only where there is healthy food and a life style which is balanced .

The key word here is 'Metabolism'. Until we can get our body to burn fuel more consistently we will continue to put on weight because we are programmed to slow down every time we diet.

This is nature's way of protecting us from starvation !
Here are some clues to how to fire the furnace and get your body burning more calories without necessarily having to go to the gym.

1/ Eat something every 3 hours starting from before 8am in the morning.
2/ Eat more in the day than at night. Your last meal should be a snack 3 hours before you sleep.
3/ Leave out alcohol for the next month.
4/Allow 15 mins per day to do exercises
which build muscle.
5/Walk or swim at least 3 times weekly.
6/Take a good mineral supplement each day
7/Make sure that you have plenty of probiotics in your system( these help to break down the foods properly)
8/Have organic food and include fruit in your diet.
9/Include Ginger Root, pineapple, grapefruit. Lemon, Onion, radish,
cinnamon leeks and chives in your food if you can.
10/Love your neighbour as yourself.
