When to take test:
•    If the subject is still having periods monthly, the first test should be done during the first week of menstrual cycle, between 2 and 7 days. The test should be repeated again one week later.

If the subject is no longer having periods regularly, the first test can be done at any time of the month and the second test should be done one week later.
