Specializing in relationship and life management issues,  I provide individual and family counseling for both adults and children. All of my services are tailored to the unique needs of each client using developmentally-appropriate techniques. During individual therapy,  I can help you learn to cope with stress, anxiety, anger or depression. Family counseling can provide an opportunity for the entire family system to be involved in problem-solving sessions and to build stronger communication skills. Couples sessions can also be useful in addressing relationship issues, building communication skills and resolving conflict. I approach each new client with openness, flexibility, and respect.

 I use a wide variety of treatment modalities in my work with clients including many creative methods like play therapy, art, and bibliotherapy.I consider it an honor and privilege to be allowed to join you in your journey.
