Counseling can be achieved by visiting with a professional counselor who can work with their patient over a period of time or just visiting with a friend or family member.

Psychotherapy is process that is embarked by a patient and their counselor. They embark on this journey of discovery together through psychotherapy sessions. Psychotherapy can help people face situations, relationships and past experiences. Confidentiality is essential in the psychotherapy process.
