Every human being needs to feel safe in their immediate environment, not judged, feelings validated, and shown compassion. You can be assured that you will receive those things with me. Biography

I was born in Siberia, Russia, immigrating to the United States at the age of 5 and am fluent in the Russian language. I have experienced the hardship of raising five children as a single parent throughout most of their childhood and have a lot of compassion and understanding for those that struggle with emotional and circumstantial pain.

Personal Experience

I have been in this field more than 12 years, both in inpatient and outpatient settings. My practice focuses on all general psychological issues, though trauma work, addictions, and relationship conflicts tend to be a majority of my clients. I offer a full integration of Cognitive-Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Eclectic modalities, as well as Christian.
