You will learn how to identify blockages in the psyche that are setting up self-sabotaging patterns in personal and professional life. You will cover disorders both great and small, from depression and anxiety to obsessive compulsive behaviour and neurosis. The core of this course includes conflict management and resolution, and learning how to transmute negative behaviours into positive support for better health and lifestyle.
