Why take this course?
This course is designed for existing therapists who wish to add Indian Head Massge to their portfolio. Indian Head massage complements most other complementary therapies.
- On a physical level, it gives you more variety when you are giving treatments. Giving an Indian Head treatment means you are standing and using different muscles than when for example you are giving reflexology, so it is better for you physically.
- Indian Head treatments are generally shorter than other treatments such as reflexology. This means they cost less so it brings the cost into the amount people are willing to pay for a gift. So Indian Head Massage is a very good therapy for you to sell as a voucher. You then have the opportunity to "convert" your voucher client to a client receiving your primary therapy.
- When you are marketing your therapies you may give out vouchers as prizes for charity raffles. Giving an Indian Head Massage voucher "costs" you less time but still gets your name known.
- You don't need a couch or a special chair to give Indian Head massage so it is an ideal therapy to offer if you need to travel.
- The therapy can be carried out with the client fully clothed, so you can literally do it anywhere.
