Problems arising in the foot—a complex machine composed of 28 bones arranged to form four aches, over 100 ligaments, and some 20 muscles—can be crippling hindrances in day-to-day life, so this course will equip you, the therapist, with the skills to alleviate and heal a number of such health issues with appropriate exercise, footwear, hygiene, and non-surgical treatments.
