How to cope better with stress

Enrol by post, e-mail or by phone. 20 hours of flexible informal home study. Work at your own pace, but we suggest you take 2-3 months to cover the course. Begin 1st or 15th of any month. Just give three weeks notice. Confidential and supportive. You send in regular progress reports and get helpful feedback by post or e-mail. Methods used are researched, tried and tested.

Tutor support by Dr Ken Hambly ( doctor and author of 'Overcoming Tension' and Banish Anxiety' ) and Alice Muir (chartered psychologist and author in the field). Uses 3 user-friendly workbooks and an audio-cassette. Course includes: what stress is, why people are stressed, signs and symptoms, coping with panic attacks, workplace stress, lots of relaxation and breathing skills, managing your time, assertiveness skills, healthy thinking, lifestyle advice, and much, much more.
