It won't always return in the same way, nor in the way that you want, but it will return in ways that you need for your on-going health and well-being.  

The aura and chakras make up our personal energy field. Science states that, at its fundamental level, the human being is energy and consciousness.

The aura records our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state and all our experiences, beliefs, thoughts and feelings. Negative thoughts and feelings create negative experiences. They weaken our aura which, in turn, affects our body. On the bright side, potential illness begins in our aura  years before it shows up in our body, so we have time to nudge our energy system back into balance and prevent illness. balance = optimum health 

The chakras are the body’s power stations. They absorb energy from the aura and distribute it through the body. A weak aura influences unbalanced chakras. We won't feel very good.  With balanced chakras, we have health and well-being.

Diet, lifestyle, thoughts and feelings all affect the aura. If these are healthy and positive, our aura will be strong. If not, they weaken the aura and eventually manifest in the body as ill health, poor mental function and emotional stress. 

Our aura connects us to everything, whether plants, animals or humans, and we are constantly projecting our energy into our surroundings. What goes round comes round. Let it be healthy energy that returns to us.
