Advanced Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the ancient ‘science of life’ that emerged from the same great synthesis of Indian spiritual traditions that gave rise to yoga, meditation and tantra. In addition to elaborating advanced material, this course integrates all the important theoretical elements of the foundational course. It is an opportunity to refresh or deepen your Ayurvedic studies—or to begin them in earnest.

There are 12 lessons altogether in the course and students have up to 12 months to complete the course.
