Everything and everyone is simply energy, vibrating at different levels. The different vibrations have their own radiation of light, movement and colour and these give everything its own particular form or shape. The form/shape is called matter. The energy of minerals and rocks vibrates at a low rate, so the matter produced is dense. Human energy has a higher rate of vibration than rocks, so we are less dense matter.
This is for our own benefit as well as for the benefit of others, because
what goes round comes round. What we give out, we also receive, perhaps not in the same way, but it will come back to us in some way. If it was something horrible or negative that we gave out, watch out! If it was something pleasant and helpful, be assured that you will also receive something pleasant and helpful in your life.
