Also known as past life therapy, regression therapy helps clients to access and resolve unconscious traumas from the past—even from past lives—thereby treating habits, patterns, negative emotions or illnesses ‘in the now’ that have been caused by those traumas. Students are advised that, for those wishing to practise professionally, clinical hypnotherapy training is a prerequisite of this course.
