A facelift without surgery can be performed by means of two classes of facial exercise techniques. To choose which facial exercise program best suits your facelift without surgery needs can be difficult, as both are just as effective!

Many people, who wish to look younger, are shying away from cosmetic surgery which involves the scalpel, and instead going the "facelift without surgery" route.

This can include changing to healthier eating habits, using lotions, visits to beauty salons, frequenting health spas, or conducting their own facelift without surgery using their fingertips, by following some sort of facial exercise program.

On the internet, there are quite a few facial exercise programs for sale.

When you compare the prices of these facelift without surgery methods to the cost of plastic surgery, choosing a good facial exercise program could be well worth your while, before you spend huge amounts of money. And before you go through all that pain, discomfort, and risk!

If the facial exercise routine doesn't produce results after a month, or you feel it's not for you, then by all means, go for cosmetic surgery. At least you explored an alternative means to looking younger before getting the cut!

If you're tossing around the idea of first trying a facelift without surgery by following a facial exercise regimen, I suggest you take a "before and after" picture. Use the same background and face angle when you take the two photographs, and snap the "after" picture 30 days following the commencement of your facial exercise program.

I suggest 30 days, because this will give the program enough time to produce, or not produce results. Personally, I think you could be pleasantly surprised!

Facelift without surgery facial exercise programs boil down to 2 main classes:

  1. The facial exercise stretch method. This entails stretching the skin and underlying muscles in a form of isometrics, using the body's own opposing forces. I like to call this type of facelift without surgery the facial exercise "vector" category.

Some people call this facial yoga, facial gymnastics, or facial aerobics.

By using your own fingertips, the facial exercise is performed by stretching the face tissue in certain opposing directions.

  1. Stimulating and rubbing the wrinkle and loose tissue with the fingertips. Also the stimulation of the nodal energy point with pressure using the fingers, thereby opening blood flow to the area.

This entails massaging and pressing on the skin and underlying muscle, which plumps and exercises it. I like to call this facelift without surgery the facial exercise "massage" category.

Both facial exercise classes result in the patient shedding years off his or her looks, in a matter of days. Because facial exercise programs treat the causes of aging, and not just the epidermis, they are a very effective form of facelift without surgery.

Wrinkles and frown lines will smooth or disappear, and eye bags are reduced. Sagging skin and drooping jowls lift and firm. Dark ring under the eyes dissipate. There are also many other benefits to the body.

A facelift without surgery is permanent, as long as you conduct the facial exercises frequently to maintain it. Just a few minutes, 2 to 3 times a week, that's all!

You be the judge. If you wish to look years younger naturally, a facelift without surgery could do the trick. If you choose your facial exercise program wisely, you could be very pleased with the results!
