Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a unique form of therapy, which was discovered and developed by Dr. Roger Callahan PhD, a Californian clinical psychologist. It is best described as a natural, drug-free, non-invasive system, which eliminates the cause of negative emotions. By addressing certain energy meridian points on the body in a precise sequence, TFT has been shown to have a success rate of up to 98%. Now in its twenty-third year of development, TFT is probably the only therapy currently available for the treatment of psychological problems and emotional challenges that can genuinely claim to offer a cure.

TFT can be used to treat almost anything which might otherwise be treated with hypnosis - anxiety, low mood/meloncholia, phobias, addictions, pain, physical trauma, grief, insomnia, jealousy, panic attacks and any other problems.

Most people usually experience significant/complete, relief from their problem within a few minutes. No other conventional, complementary or alternative treatment currently available can claim the same success, speed and completeness.

The key to this extraordinary success has been Dr. Callahan's discovery of the natural code that governs psychological problems, and an effective treatment for the phenomenon of Psychological Reversal - the tendency for some individuals to unconsciously self-sabotage their own recovery despite outwardly seeking to rid themselves of their problem.

Thought Field Therapy...
  • is extraordinarily powerful - individuals experience almost immediate relief from their suffering
  • has no adverse side effects
  • does not require the individual to talk about their problem, something that often causes considerable distress or embarrassment, and which discourages many from seeking treatment in the first place.
  • is extremely efficient - treatment times of 10 minutes or less are not uncommon.
Non-invasive and drug free, the patient's treatment consists of having his energy meridian points tapped in a precise sequence whilst he mentally concentrates on the pain of his problems without the stress of discussing or reliving them. Fears, phobias, addictions and melancholia can often be successfully treated in the course of only one or two therapy sessions. In addition, the issue of 'psychological reversal' can be addressed - the phenomenon whereby an individual subconsciously sabotages their recovery during treatment. Amazingly, the majority of people receive almost complete relief from their suffering!

Tellingly, TFT was used to great effect with post traumatic stress in Kosova. According to Chief of Staff of the Medical Battalion of Kosova Protection Corps, Dr Shkelzen Syla, "The success from TFT was 100% for every trauma patient and they are still smiling." Initially in the hands of volunteers, a new national programme of treatment has now been instigated. A similar project is planned for Croatia later this year.
