Flexible distance learning, with telephone tutorials. Tutor supported. Courses can begin on the 1st or 15th of any month, provided you enrol at 2-3 weeks in advance. This course is aimed at a wide range of health and welfare, professionals, and those with an interest in Life Coaching (see below). After taking this course, you should have a clear understanding of what life coaching is, and be able to make use of these skills. The Life Coaching approach taught on this course is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP). Suitable for Project Workers , Counsellors, Welfare Officers, Nurses of all backgrounds, Occupational Therapists, Community Education workers, Occupational Health Advisers, Group Workers, Alternative and Complementary Therapists, Psychologists, HR professionals, Teachers, and anyone interested in using Life Coaching skills. At 2-3 hours per week, 6/9 months (but you can study over a shorter or longer period if you wish, minimum course length -6 months, maximum -12 months)
