Colour vibrations align with and balance the body's energy vibrations. This creates optimum conditions for the body's own natural healing process to begin, not just in the body, but also in the mind and emotions. 

Different colours uplift the mood and spirits, and promote a buzz of energy. Other colours calm, soothe and relax. Balance brings renewed motivation and fresh perspective. It helps us to change our attitude and find direction.

From the beginning to confident practice, the course shows how to diagnose colour needs and the different techniques of enhancing sensitivity to colour. It guides in the different colours needed for health and well-being and how to integrate these colours into therapy and everyday life.  Learn how to bring colour into your food, drink, clothes and décor, how to visualise it, breathe it, meditate with it, use coloured crystals and bring balance to your body and mind with simple healing methods.

The International Wheel of Colour represents professionals using the principles of Colour Therapy in their work. Graduates of this course qualify to join IWOC as practitioner members.
