You have to be 'going' regular, no matter what! As a child I can remember taking home made syrup of figs, senna tea, and being put into a bowl of hot soapy water. It's a wonder I survived to be normal!!
Constipation is usually caused by a diet which denies the body roughage. I recommend we eat 5 helpings of fruit and 5 helpings of vegetables each day to keep us really regular.
