All Home packs, and home study courses are friendly and informal, start anytime, work at your own pace, with support from your tutor.
Coaching and courses delivered by a chartered psychologist and a medical doctor, both authors on the subject (Alice Muir and Dr Ken Hambly), each with over 25 years experience.
We can also train you to be a 'Stress Adviser' or a 'Life Coach' ( accredited by Glasgow Caledonian University).
