Herbal Ayur" – Literally Means "Herbal Life". The word Ayurveda means "Science of Life" {Ayur = Life Veda = Science or Knowledge}. Ayurveda has brought health, wellbeing & happiness to millions of people over more than 5,000 years. Ayurveda is a natural science that is predicated on the belief that mind, body and spirit are mutually interconnected, and the equilibrium within is a direct reflection of one's physical and mental health.
Buddhism, Taoism, Tibetan, and other cultural medicines have many similar parallels to Ayurveda. The principles of many natural healing systems now familiar in the West, such as Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy, also have their roots in Ayurveda.

By understanding and practicing Ayurveda, with simple changes in daily living practices and incorporating some proven life style changes, we can drastically & radically change our lives.

We currently have two centres at Ruislip (Near Harrow) & Farnborough (Hampshire).

Set In the Tranquillity of Tekels Park, Surrey The weekend is held in the idyllic surroundings of Tekels Park Spiritual Centre set in 50 acres of secluded parkland; an oasis of calm.
