Energy For Thought, Food As A Result

Mmm, chocolate chip cookies, I just bought a whole bag of them. The cashier at the grocery store didn't think they were so yummy. In fact when she scanned them at the checkout she remarked to me that she too had bought a bag of this "junk" and it was still sitting at home because she is reluctant to eat them.

Wow, I thought to myself, that's a whole lot of negative thinking. That wasn't my view on purchasing those cookies at all. Number one, I love chocolate chip cookies. I'm grateful to be able to have them and I really like sharing them with my family. When it comes to obesity and problems with overeating just what thoughts are you feeding your food with? Are you giving your food distorted energy that has it working against you? Do you appreciate food as a part of life's blessings or has it become your tool of self destruction?

Contrary to popular belief, you are not what you eat, you are what you think. Eating healthy isn't much good for you if your only source of staying healthy is in food. Chocolate chip cookies can be very rewarding and satisfying when you first discover that same energy in you.
