Reflux was my enemy for many years and a reminder of those times I ate carelessly.  After trying the prescribed medication I investigated a more natural way to help me rather than rely on this medication which had its side effects too, and continued to allow me to eat carelessly. My choices of food had to change but so did my aide.

Since Juicing from January of this year 2013, I have experimented daily on the awesome benefits of the many combinations in Juicing including the pulp.  Most importantly I added a daily handful of baby spinach leaves to my Juice which gives me minerals, magnesium and an alert mind.  Not all fruits agree with me so by trial and reflux I tried as many as I could.  It was only a matter of time before I started to introduce Spirulina powder into my daily Juice.  It took a week and all the Reflux disappeared, especially the tell tale sign of a rash that would appear on my shin when my acid levels were too high.  Working out an acid/alkaline food chart for yourself and creating the good habit of balance and moderation in all things makes for a healthy life.

I can honestly say I have reversed my suffering and forever mindful that what I eat plays a huge role in how my body reacts. When leading a highly active life, one can tend to forget to replace the needed minerals, magnesium and vitamins and far better to replace them with the natural fruit and vegetables including the pulp.
